Job Description
JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next Day Receptionist.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Day Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests under the supervision of the Front Office Manager and its Supervisor.
Why you?

Mission 1: Ensure a warm, personalized, and continuous welcome for guests by advising them, fostering loyalty, and managing the flow of guests. Convey the image of JO&JOE and its Open House through your attitude.
Mission 2: Know how to register guest bookings and manage phone calls.
Mission 3: Welcome and assist guests from their arrival to departure, following internal procedures. Provide information on the conditions of stay, formalities, and services offered by the Open House.
Mission 4: Take into account and anticipate guest needs, handle any objections or comments, and ensure a timely response.
Mission 5: Know and apply the safety rules of the Open House (fire safety, etc.) and ensure the safety of property and people.
Mission 6: Apply and explain the pricing policy of the Open House, contributing to the optimization of RevPAB (Revenue per Available Bed) and promoting the loyalty program.
Mission 7: Promote the hotel’s various services to optimize additional sales (concierge, upselling, etc.).
Mission 8: Assist the food service, particularly with breakfast.
Mission 9: Communicate necessary information to other departments (floors, housekeeping, technical, etc.) and to other members of your department.
Mission 10: Follow billing and payment procedures, and supervise the preparation and sending of various debtor invoices.
Mission 11: Manage the cash fund entrusted to you.
Mission 12: Respond to guest reviews.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
Field of study : Hospitality.
Profesional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum.
Languages required: fluent in both Hungarian and English.
