Job Description

• Call Handling: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.

• Guest Requests: Assist with guest inquiries, wake-up calls, and message delivery.

• Communication: Relay information to departments and staff accurately.

• Documentation: Maintain call logs and service requests.

• Support: Assist with emergency communication procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in customer service or call handling preferred.

• Clear communication and telephone etiquette.

• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
