We are currently look for Front Office Superstars to join our Front Office Team to help deliver authentic and amazing guest experiences! Specifically we are looking for:
- Receptionists
- Porter/Valets
Job Description
The Role - Receptionists
- Check in and Check out guests and maintain accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis
- Open communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments
- Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge
The Role - Porter/Valet
- Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage and ensure timely delivery of guest car/luggage
- All guest property in storage, long or short term, duly documented and cared for
- Ensure the appearance of the guest services desk, hotel lobby and forecourt is immaculately presented at all times
- Clean Full NZ Drivers License is required
Qualifications
The Person
- Previous experience in a luxury/lifestyle hotel environment highly advantageous
- Excellent written and communication skills
- For Porter/Valet role, must have Clean Full NZ Drivers License
- Knowledge about the local area highly advantageous
- Knowledge of OPERA Cloud highly advantageous
- Flexibility to work roatating roster and work weekends and/or public holidays
