Job Description

What does your working day look like?

•    You are responsible for the successful operational management of the restaurant and banquet department, including achieving budget targets and ensuring smooth service operations.
•    You are a motivator for your team and promoting and challenging your service crew is second nature to you. You organize training sessions, team meetings, and power briefings.
•    As a passionate host, you ensure that our guests have a “WOW experience” and actively work with us in the restaurant and banquet area. 
•    You take on administrative tasks such as scheduling, writing manuals and checklists, reservation management, etc. 
•    You assist our colleagues with a contagious smile when all the guests order at the same time. You also keep your cool when there are spontaneous changes to the schedule. 
 

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your resume ...

•    You have gained initial management experience in a similar position and ideally worked in this role in the hotel industry
•    You enjoy working with career changers and apprentices and develop your team into true service talents. In addition, a professional recruiting process is important to you; you select your service crew carefully and ensure organized training.
•    You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also have experience in service organization and are skilled at creating duty rosters.
•    You enjoy taking on responsibility, working independently, and actively contributing ideas for the further development of the restaurant, optimizing processes, and supporting marketing and sales campaigns.
•    You stand for the high quality of our products, are enthusiastic about good food and drinks, and have a passion for Italian cuisine.
•    You are a doer—and openly admit when you have made a mistake.
