The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Job Description

The Creative Manager is responsible for leading the creative team in developing and executing innovative and compelling visual and conceptual designs across various media platforms. This role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and align with the company's brand identity and objectives.

  • Develop and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and visual guidelines for projects.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of creative projects from conception to delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and successful outcomes.
  • Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print, digital, and multimedia projects.
  • Review and approve creative materials to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members' professional development.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to support their creative needs.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on creative deliverables before final approval.
  • Ensure that designs are error-free, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the intended message.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with multimedia tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and industry trends.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources for creative projects is a plus.
