Job Description

• To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.

• Responsible for duty schedule of shift staff, Job allocation to achieve high employee productivity in the department     
• Ensures that Guests and inter department requests or complaints are attended to, promptly & efficiently.
• Monitors HLP consumption on a daily basis & control the wasteful energy during the respective shifts.

Qualifications

• You’ve a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• You've a good understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• You're able to maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• You’re able to remain calm and courteous in various situations.
• You’re able to be efficient and productive in a dynamic environment.
