We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join Ennismore as Vice President of Sales – Europe.  This is an exciting role in our growing company and will focus on leading top line sales strategies for a number of our Lifestyle Collective properties across Europe for the following brands – SO/, SLS, Mondrian, Hyde, Delano & Morgan’s Originals.

With flexibility to be based in either London or Paris and reporting into the Executive Vice President – Sales, this role is responsible for driving top line revenues into a number of our European Hotels including SO/Paris, Maison Delano, SLS Barcelona, Mondrian Ibiza, Mondrian Bordeaux, Hyde London, Sanderson and St Martin’s Lane, in addition to ensuring we have successful commercial openings across our ambitious pipeline.  This role will provide strategic guidance to property leadership teams, ensuring strategies are executed successfully.  The role is also responsible for developing Sales talent and for driving a culture of performance and collaboration within the region.

What you'll do...

  •  Work in partnership with Revenue and Brand leads to ensure all relevant properties have robust commercial plans in place to drive top line revenues
  • Focus on ensuring robust strategies are in place across all sales managed segments – Corporate, MICE, Consortia, TMC & Leisure.
  • Conduct regular and collaborative commercial sessions with property teams, including structured commercial reviews.
  • Collaborate with property teams to ensure commercial strategies align with Ennismore regional strategies, and the priorities of Ennismore globally.
  • Input on sales structure, key sales recruitment and on-boarding e.g., Director of Sales & Marking, Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Groups & Events
  • Sales lead on new openings within the region, recruitment of property Director of Sales, submission of pre-opening budgets, critical path execution and ensuring robust sales plans are in place to drive successful launch of each property.
  • Education of Ennismore Sales teams and wider Accor sales team on Ennismore brands, operating hotels and opening pipeline.
  • Build high value working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist Brands COOs, when requested, in developing relationships with property owners and assist in owner presentations and regional updates where required.
  • Key liaison with Accor Global Sales Teams on specific sales actions and activities relevant to your properties, ensuring deliverables are being met

What we're looking for...

  • 10+ years’ experience in a senior sales role
  • Multi-segment and multi market experience essential – we are looking for someone that can guide and direct our hotels on all sales managed segments and someone who has experience leading sales teams across multiple key European cities
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven
  • An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together
