We are looking for a Sales Manager (Leisure) to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea.
Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is currently opening a magnificent project in the oasis that is The Red Sea. SLS The Red Sea is planned to open in 2025.
Introducing the newest gem of dazzling luxury to reach The Red Sea project: resort offers 150 luxurious keys, complemented by an impressive array of 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. Catering to both adults seeking a getaway and families craving connection and some adventure, this hotel brings a wonderland of extraordinary experiences to The Red Sea, providing an array of amenities and activities tailored for travelers of all ages.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager (Leisure) to lead our leisure sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new leisure clients while nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on leisure market segments to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and convert new leisure business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing leisure clients, including tour operators, travel agencies, and wholesale partners.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to promote the hotel’s facilities and services.
Negotiate and close sales contracts effectively.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust and refine sales strategies.
Prepare and manage sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in leisure sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of clients and partners.
Excellent presentation and sales pitching skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
