Job Description

Job Summary: The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nightclub, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a focus on maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of nightclub operations, including staffing, service, and inventory.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues.
  • Manage and schedule staff, including floor supervisors, bartenders, and security personnel.
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak hours to monitor operations and interact with guests.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
