Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily yoga sessions (group and private) for guests of all skill levels, offering a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation.

• Customize sessions based on guest needs, health conditions, and fitness levels, ensuring a safe and serene environment.

• Promote holistic wellness through mindfulness, breathing techniques, and basic lifestyle coaching, educating guests on the physical and mental benefits of yoga and wellness practices.

• Provide wellness consultations, assessments, and support spa events, retreats, and workshops as needed.

• Maintain studio space and equipment in accordance with health & safety standards.

• Collaborate with spa and fitness team to align wellness offerings and promote classes to encourage guest participation.

• Build guest loyalty by creating a positive, welcoming, and rejuvenating experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Yoga Instructor with 1-2 years of experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness center.

• Strong knowledge of wellness concepts and mind-body practices.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Passionate about health, wellness, and guest service.
