Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a large-scale organization
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); plus Vietnamese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Adaptability to work in a multicultural setting, with experience in the Asian market a must
