Job Description
JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next Front Office Manager.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Front Office Manager will be responsible for everything from welcoming guests to the quality of service and will be in charge of reception and the floors.

Mission 1: Take part in developing the accommodation strategy while embodying the JO&JOE state of mind.
Mission 2: To provide a warm, personalised and permanent welcome to customers by advising them, building loyalty while managing the number of visitors. To convey the JO&JOE image through your attitude.
Mission 3: To develop accommodation sales through additional sales or upgrades.
Mission 4: Manage the reception, reservations, floors and technical departments and ensure good communication between them.
Mission 5: To ensure compliance with employment legislation in the departments under his/her responsibility.
Mission 6: To set up and ensure compliance with accounting, collection, debtor, supplier and billing control tools, as well as the hotel's daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting reports.
Mission 7: To provide solutions to problems encountered by customers, staff and partners.
Mission 8: To implement SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) for employees and ensure that they are followed up.
Mission 9: Supervise and train reception staff and external service providers, while creating a good working atmosphere.
Mission 10: To organise responses to customer feedback.
Mission 11: To comply with invoicing and collection procedures, and to supervise the preparation and dispatch of various debtor invoices.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
Level of studies: Bachelor / Master / MBA
Field of study: Hospitality.
Professional experience: 3 to 5 years minimum.
Languages required: fluent in both Hungarian and English.
