Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our young guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay.

  • Actively participate in and lead engaging activities within the Kids Club programme
  • Ensure all activities are performed according to the resort's policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised Kids Club area
  • Supervise children during games and fun activities, prioritising their safety at all times
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative activities that cater to diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Report any issues, injuries, or accidents to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and themed activities
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and activity logs
  • Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with a positive, flexible attitude

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international luxury brand
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Demonstrated creativity, patience, and experience in caring for children
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
  • A relevant qualification in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is desirable
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and well-being
