Job Description


  • Develop and execute menus that showcase authentic Italian cuisine within a Mediterranean framework.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and optimize kitchen processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special dishes that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and culinary innovations, incorporating them into menu development.


About You:

  • Extensive experience in upscale luxury hotel kitchen, with a minimum of 4-5 years in culinary leadership roles, preferably with expertise in Italian cuisine.
  • Capable of manning high-volume, fast-paced operations and leading big teams.
  • Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
  • Creativity and passion for developing new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors.
  • Exceptional skills in developing menus, creating new recipes, implementing ingredients and modern techniques, cost control.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence consistently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, adjusting to guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and industry trends.
  • Genuine passion for culinary and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • Knowledge of various culinary techniques / procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of all kitchen operations.
  • Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
