Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Airport Welcoming & Farewell Cleaner to join our team at the bustling Phu Quoc International Airport in Vietnam. As the first point of contact for many travellers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for passengers and staff alike.

• Perform thorough cleaning of airport facilities, including terminals, lounges, restrooms, and public areas
• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and tools effectively
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., hand soap, paper towels)
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Report any damages, defects, or security concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Assist passengers with basic enquiries and directions in a friendly manner
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout shifts
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during peak travel times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning roles, preferably in a high-traffic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout long shifts
• Basic communication skills in English and/or Vietnamese
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Team-oriented approach with a positive and friendly demeanour
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Customer service experience is advantageous
• Willingness to undergo any required security clearances for airport personnel
