Job Description
- Supervise spa therapists and attendants during daily operations.
- Ensure smooth scheduling of treatments and staff assignments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Train and guide spa team members.
- Coordinate inventory control and ordering of spa supplies.
- Assist in achieving spa revenue and retail sales targets.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in spa or wellness operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of spa software and booking systems preferred.
