The resort will host guests in 250 residential units, including 176 rooms and 74 villas, as well as a fine-dining restaurant, two specialty beach restaurants and a lounge bar. Among its many highlights will be an exclusive private beach. Other amenities are to include a central ballroom for events, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, kids and teens clubs, and several swimming pools. All of this will be set amid green landscaping, golden beaches and a port.
Job Description
- Keeps the Assıstant Securıty Manager/ Dırector Of Securıty informed of all security related matters. Depending on distribution of Fire, Security responsibility coordinates with the Director of Engineering in this matter.
- Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with security problems and loss control.
- Liaises with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials
- Proper grooming at all times
- Attend training classes as per schedule
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
- Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
- Trains Security employees in all Resort regulations and all factors affecting the operations of the Resort. Fire prevention and safety procedures, basic fire fighting, life saving techniques, preservation of crime scene and evidence, actions, duties and powers where crime is detected, action in crisis situations, report writing, public relations and psychology.
- Supervises the daily processing in distribution of security reports to the Management.
- Keeps all records and report concerning security matters and Resort businesses confidential
- Is fully trained and prepared for all emergency situations as per procedures.
- To evaluate on a continuing basis the possible threat to Security.
- In close coordination with engineering department, to conduct regular preventive maintenance of all safety equipment
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills required.
