- At reception, you not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
- You always stay cool - even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
- You ensure a smooth flow when welcoming guests to the hotel
Qualifications

- You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience at a front office desk
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
- You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
