Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Europe & UK to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Sales Manager for the Europe & UK market, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team across diverse markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Europe & UK market.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals across multiple countries
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Travel extensively within the Europe & UK market to support sales initiatives and attend industry events
- Adapt sales approaches to accommodate cultural nuances and business practices across different Europe & UK markets
- Contribute to the development of new products and services based on customer feedback and market demands
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5-7 years in sales management within the Europe & UK market, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple countries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and business intelligence tools
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Europe & UK markets, business practices, and cultural nuances
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies in diverse markets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Europe & UK region
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
