Job Description

The Role

As Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager, Faena Wadi Safar & Faena The Red Sea you will be the guardian of brand positioning, storytelling, and market presence across a multi-property ultra-luxury cluster.

You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive demand, and strengthen the positioning of the destination across global luxury audiences. Acting as a key commercial partner, you will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and external agencies to ensure all marketing activity is aligned, impactful, and commercially effective.

In this role, you will translate brand vision into compelling narratives and high-impact campaigns—balancing creativity, commercial intent, and brand integrity across all touchpoints.

What You Will Create

Brand Strategy & Destination Positioning

  • Define and execute the integrated marketing and communications strategy across the cluster
  • Strengthen and protect brand positioning across all properties, ensuring consistency and alignment with ultra-luxury standards
  • Develop destination storytelling that elevates awareness and desirability in key global markets
  • Translate commercial and brand objectives into clear, impactful marketing plans and campaigns

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing activity with revenue, sales, and commercial objectives
  • Oversee content development, creative direction, and brand messaging across all platforms
  • Manage seasonal, tactical, and long-lead campaigns to drive demand and brand engagement

Public Relations & Communications

  • Lead all external communications, media relations, and PR strategy across the cluster
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and luxury travel partners
  • Manage press coverage, brand reputation, and crisis communications where required
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand narrative across all external touchpoints

Digital, Social & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including website, SEO, CRM, email, and paid media
  • Drive social media strategy to enhance brand engagement and audience growth
  • Optimise digital performance to support direct bookings, lead generation, and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Sales teams to align digital activity with commercial priorities

Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to ensure fully aligned go-to-market strategies
  • Support demand generation initiatives across pre-opening and operational phases
  • Partner with external agencies, creative studios, and media partners to deliver best-in-class output
  • Ensure all marketing activity contributes to broader commercial performance and destination growth

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop a high-performing cluster marketing and communications team
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence in execution
  • Guide internal stakeholders and property teams on brand standards and marketing alignment
  • Continuously evolve marketing capability, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and impact

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • A senior marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, destination resorts, or large-scale multi-property luxury clusters.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that drive brand visibility, commercial performance, and destination desirability across multiple luxury assets. Experienced in both pre-opening and operational environments, with a strong ability to build brands from concept through to market leadership.
  • Deep expertise in luxury brand marketing, digital and performance marketing, PR, media relations, and content strategy, with a strong understanding of UHNW audiences, global luxury travel behaviour, and experience-led positioning.
  • Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to translate market insights, brand positioning, and commercial objectives into impactful campaigns that drive demand, strengthen brand equity, and support revenue performance.
  • A confident cross-functional leader, experienced in partnering closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and external agencies to ensure fully integrated go-to-market strategies across all channels and touchpoints.
  • A strong creative and commercial leader of people, able to build and inspire high-performing marketing teams, foster innovation, and ensure consistency of brand execution across all properties within the cluster.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are a strong advantage.
