Key Responsibilities:

  • Mini Bar Maintenance:

    • Replenish and stock mini bars in guest rooms daily, ensuring that all items are fresh, undamaged, and within expiry dates.
    • Ensure all mini bar items are neatly arranged, correctly priced, and appropriately labeled.
  • Guest Interaction:

    • Handle guest inquiries and requests regarding the mini bar in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Provide information on mini bar products, promotions, and any other related services.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness:

    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mini bar storage areas and guest room mini bars.
    • Follow hotel hygiene and sanitation standards strictly, including handling and storage of food and beverages.
  • Quality Control:

    • Regularly inspect mini bar equipment and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
    • Ensure all mini bar products meet the hotel’s quality standards and report any issues with products to the relevant department.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
