Job Description
As a People Culture Coordinator at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and vibrant workplace culture, supporting people & culture initiatives, and ensuring the well-being of all employees. You will be an essential part of the People and Culture team, assisting in the development and execution of various programs that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
- Employee Engagement: Support team-building activities, employee recognition, wellness programs, and measure employee satisfaction.
- HR Administration: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, maintain employee records, and process requests related to leave and benefits.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, support employee development, and manage training schedules.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and assist with updating documentation.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between employees and management and assist with internal newsletters and notices.
- Well-being Programs: Coordinate wellness programs aligned with Banyan Tree’s values and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with HR projects such as diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and employee surveys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in human resources or employee engagement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
