Job Description
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering world-class guest experiences, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming bar environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth bar operations while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism. Your passion for mixology and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests.
As a Bartender, you will:
Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Maintain strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Follow RSA guidelines and liquor licensing laws; ensure certifications remain current.
Perform standard bar setup, operation, and closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all service areas and bar stations.
Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions; manage shift revenue and reconciliations.
Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control processes.
Create seasonal cocktails in line with current trends and guest preferences.
Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership for seamless service across all meal periods.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
Participate in scheduled training and compliance programs.
Contribute to cost control through energy conservation and proper equipment use.
