Job Description

We’re now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, inspire the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and great guest experiences
  • Lead, mentor and develop the bar team to deliver high standards of hospitality
  • Curate and innovate the beverage offering, including seasonal cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control.
  • Uphold compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
