Job Description
We’re now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, inspire the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and great guest experiences
- Lead, mentor and develop the bar team to deliver high standards of hospitality
- Curate and innovate the beverage offering, including seasonal cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control.
- Uphold compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.
