Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Oversees bar operations in the absence of the Beverage Manager
• Managing stock, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality
• Managing operations, taking bar inventory
• Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual

Qualifications

• At least 1 years full time experience in a similar position
• Experienced in dealing with high volume and fast paced working environments
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges during the operation
• Leading with the example is key. 
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
