We are looking for a charismatic Bartender to shake things up with us as part of the team at The Hoxton, Holborn.
Open from breakfast through to dinner, and late night drinks, the Lobby Bar is a busy, cocktail-focused affair with seasonal menu's, built by those working in the bar themselves. Attached, is Rondo is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines for all. The kitchen is headed up by Chris Gillard (ex- St John) and the floor by James Pritchard. Rondo is the kind of restaurant you want at the end of your street; serious about food and drink but with a fun, welcoming vibe.
Soon to open is the Coffee Bar, an extension of the Lobby Bar. It will be focused on great coffee, efficient service, and the perfect aperitivo hour (that lasts all night long!)

What you'll do...
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves
- Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons
- Know your product & systems inside out
- Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service
- Be more than a Bartender- willing to lend a hand and help the team as a whole
