Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Turkish Instructor who is also an Arabic speaker to join our language education team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Turkish language instruction to Arabic-speaking students, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Turkish language curricula tailored to Arabic-speaking students
  • Conduct engaging Turkish language classes for students at various proficiency levels
  • Create and maintain a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning
  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methods and materials
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their language development
  • Organize and participate in cultural activities to enhance students' understanding of Turkish culture
  • Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades
  • Stay updated on the latest language teaching techniques and technologies

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish
  • Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Turkish Language, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language, preferably to Arabic speakers
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish grammar, vocabulary, and culture
  • Familiarity with various language teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
  • Patient and supportive approach to student learning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse student needs
  • Enthusiasm for language education and cultural exchange
  • Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and events
