To date, the portfolio includes 15 hotels in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Düsseldorf, Paris, Copenhagen, Florence, and Dubai. 25hours Hotels are exceptionally individual hotels and satisfy an urban, style-conscious audience with surprisingly uncomplicated hospitality.
15 hotels in 12 cities – and all rooms always occupied. You give 25hours a face in our Head Office Sales Team, representing all 25hours hotels on the market. Through close contact with our customers, you ensure that we always have full hotels and the best parties.

In your role as a project manager you’ll work closely together with the owner of the property to ensure the asset is handed over in time as well as in line with the contractual agreements and design concepts. In this function you’ll be supported by the 25hours Head Office in Hamburg.
You’ll assemble your own team, secure cooperation partners, coordinate the pre-opening activities and represent our hotel
After opening you’ll manage both the hotel’s strategy and its operations – and in that way you’ll ensure good performance figures and excellent positioning. You’ll look after cooperation partners, coordinate operational activities, and make sure staff are motivated and guests contented
Qualifications
Your experience and personality add that certain something extra ...
- You’ve had experience of property development – whether of newbuilds, reconstructions or expansion projects
- You’ve already market-positioned a hotel of similar size and managed its operation
- You can inspire colleagues and support their development
- You speak English and Danish fluently
- You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
