Job Description

                                              Responsibilities:

  1. Organize Sports Activities:

    • Develop and coordinate a variety of sports and recreational programs for different age groups and skill levels, including team sports, fitness classes, and educational workshops.
  2. Manage Events:

    • Plan, organize, and oversee both large and small sports events, such as tournaments, competitions, and recreational activities.
  3. Engage with Guests:

    • Interact with guests and participants to ensure an enjoyable and positive experience. Motivate and encourage participants throughout the activities.
  4. Promote Activities:

    • Advertise and promote sports activities through various communication channels, such as bulletin boards, social media, and newsletters.
  5. Provide Training:

    • Offer training sessions and guidance to participants, including teaching new techniques and improving performance.
  6. Manage Equipment:

    • Ensure that all necessary sports equipment is maintained and readily available for use.
  7. Monitor Performance:

    • Observe and assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and overall experience.
  8. Coordinate with Other Teams:

    • Work closely with other teams, such as health staff, service providers, and administrators, to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Qualifications

                                              Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in organizing sports activities or working in similar environments is preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others, and good organizational abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of sports and safety procedures related to them.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure:

    • Ability to handle changing conditions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
