Job Description

What does your workday look like…

• You collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating timing for large orders or special requests.
• You help train and mentor pizza cooks, guiding them in pizza-making techniques and kitchen best practices.
• You manage inventory for pizza ingredients, ensuring everything is stocked and fresh, and assist in placing orders as needed.
• You adhere to food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the dough, sauce, and toppings, ensuring each pizza is consistent in flavor and texture.
• You lead by example, creating an efficient and organized kitchen environment while training and mentoring junior pizza cooks to meet the highest standards.
• You actively contribute to menu development, experimenting with new pizza variations and incorporating seasonal ingredients into the offerings.
