Under the general guidance of the Chef de Cuisine, you will always maintain a high standard of cuisine.
Responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing Kitchen operations, while maintaining high quality products and service levels.
Essencial:
-3 years as similar position.
-knowledge in Mexican cuisine or Japanesse cuisine.
- Solid knowledge of all seafood product and skilfully apply culinary.
-Trains and educates front of house staff in shift meetings.
- Knowledge in food Hygiene and HACCP.
