We are currently looking for an organized, warm and supportive Office Coordinator to be part of our Ennismore team.

Based in London and reporting to our People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of our office space and our Head Office team.

What you’ll do…

  • You’ll be our first point of contact for greeting and liaising with clients and visitors.
  • You’ll manage queries, and take messages as necessary.
  • You’ll keep on top of the office space (including our pantry), ordering office supplies, raising any maintenance issues and  ensuring it is kept pristine at all times.
  • You’ll manage meeting rooms, office events and support on team socials.
  • You’ll manage our Ennismore inbox answering general emails inquiries.
  • You’ll process invoices and manage expenses.
  • You’ll book couriers, taxi’s as well as some travel bookings. 
  • You’ll manage the H&S for the office.

What we’re looking for…

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills is essential.
  •  Proficient in tech – you are used to using multiple tech platforms to manage expenses, book in meetings, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and jump in and help where needed.
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
