Job Description
- To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP system available at the premises
- Maintains all lighting throughout hotel
- To maintain all HVAC units.
- To maintain all motor, belts, bearings, etc.
- To maintain all shop tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
- Do all necessary welding as required.
- Do all work orders pertain to the hotel.
- Answer all calls and does repairs, if unable to do repairs, must notify the duty engineer of the problem.
- Perform chemical test for boilers, chillers, swimming pool, etc.
- Is part of the fire response team, also on standby in the event of any emergencies.
- Does preventative maintenance as schedule by engineering coordinator/ Duty engineer.
- Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Graduation
- Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise or a degree holder who is a fresher
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
