Job Description

Faena New York is seeking a dynamic, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-property position supporting the continued growth and evolution of Faena New York.

As a member of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement and support commercial objectives across the hotel’s accommodation, dining, wellness, entertainment and experiential offerings. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, digital communications, content development, partnerships and brand initiatives. The role will also collaborate with the Director of Brand Marketing to ensure alignment with the broader Faena brand vision and initiatives, while supporting the introduction of new experiences, venues and programming as Faena New York continues to evolve.

This full-time position has a compensation rate of $36.00 per hour.

They will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all marketing touchpoints.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, promoting Faena New York's accommodations, dining, wellness, entertainment, events and experiences.
  • Content Creation & Brand Communications: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing, reviewing and coordinating content for the website, email marketing, social media and other brand communications, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity.
  • Digital Marketing & CRM: Support website updates, email marketing campaigns, social media coordination and CRM initiatives, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and aligned with brand standards.
  • Event Coordination & Partnerships: Assist with marketing initiatives for hotel events, brand activations, media visits and partnerships, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Marketing Reporting & Analysis: Assist with tracking campaign performance, guest engagement and digital marketing results, supporting monthly reporting and future marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Collateral & Creative Assets: Coordinate the development and production of digital and printed marketing materials, including sales collateral and internal hotel documents, ensuring consistency across all brand communications.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, PR, Brand Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, Spa and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and information remains accurate across all channels.
  • Agency & Vendor Relations: Support day-to-day coordination with external agencies, media partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and creative assets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing, including maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, reports, invoices and budget tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector
  • Experience with event coordination and social media marketing is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, CMS systems)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva and Figma is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for luxury hospitality and brand storytelling
