This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of lifestyle brands, representing the first Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt.

Job Description

* Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
* Coordinate the induction and orientation of new employees.
* Maintain accurate training attendance, records, certificates, and employee development files.
* Follow up with departments on mandatory and departmental training completion.
* Assist in preparing the annual training calendar and scheduling training sessions.
* Support trainers with training materials, presentations, venues, and required equipment.
* Assist in identifying training needs in coordination with department heads.
* Support employee engagement, recognition, and development activities.
* Assist with internship and management development programs when applicable.
* Collect and analyze training feedback to measure training effectiveness.
* Prepare regular training and development reports.
* Support e-learning platforms and follow up on employees’ completion of assigned courses.
* Assist in coordinating cross-training and career development opportunities.
* Promote the company’s culture, values, and service standards through development activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or People & Culture; hotel experience is preferred.
* Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken.
* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Good organizational and coordination skills.
* Confident in dealing with employees at different levels.
* Creative and enthusiastic approach to training and employee engagement.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
* Previous experience in an international hotel environment is an advantage.
