Job Description

Guest Service & Experience

  1. Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, inquiries, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Escalate guest comments, feedback, or complaints to supervisors in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude at all times.

Beach & Pool Operations

  1. Set up beach and pool areas daily, including sunbeds, umbrellas, cabanas, and towels according to standards.
  2. Ensure guests are provided with clean towels and amenities as required.
  3. Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of all beach and pool areas throughout the day.
  4. Fold and secure umbrellas and equipment properly at the end of service or as required by weather conditions.
  5. Ensure all equipment and furniture are clean, safe, and in good working condition.

Safety, Hygiene & Compliance

  1. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
  2. Maintain safe working conditions and immediately report any hazards, suspicious activities, or incidents.
  3. Comply with health, hygiene, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
  4. Attend all mandatory briefings, meetings, and training sessions as scheduled.

Professional Conduct & Teamwork

  1. Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge, maintaining high standards of grooming and personal hygiene.
  2. Build positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  3. Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other areas or departments when required to meet operational and guest service needs.
  4. Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by Management in line with operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related fields preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4–5 star hotel or luxury resort
  • Basic knowledge of guest service, safety, and beach/pool operations
