We are seeking a passionate, guest-oriented, and professional team member for the position of “Spa Therapist” to join the distinguished wellness team at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.
Job Description
- Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies in line with hotel standards and guest preferences
- Deliver personalized wellness experiences with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
- Ensure all treatment products, equipment, and linens are properly prepared before each service
- Provide guests with recommendations on spa treatments and wellness products
- Handle guest requests and concerns with a service-oriented and positive approach
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Coordinate effectively with the spa reception and wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests through attentive service and positive communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness center
- Certification in massage and body therapies
- Strong communication and guest relations skills
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and personalized guest service
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
