Job Description

• Set up, operate, and maintain all audio, lighting, and visual equipment across resort outlets (theatre, beach, pool, lounges, and event venues) for daily activities, evening shows, and special events.
• Collaborate closely with the Entertainment Team to deliver seamless shows, performances, and guest experiences for themed nights, gala dinners, and large-scale productions.
• Conduct sound checks and lighting tests prior to all events to ensure optimal performance quality.
• Provide technical support for DJs, live performers, and external entertainers as required.
• Adjust lighting effects and sound levels in real-time based on show flow, audience engagement, and management direction.
• Coordinate with DJs, animators, performers, and event hosts to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programs.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures when handling technical equipment.
• Respond to guest music or technical requests when appropriate and aligned with resort policies.
• Work closely with the Entertainment Manager in planning and executing events and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong technical understanding of audio, lighting, and AV systems (mixers, speakers, lighting consoles, microphones, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer systems; knowledge of sound/lighting software is an advantage
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Positive attitude with high responsibility, reliability, and adaptability
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
