Job Description
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end fine dining establishments.
- Strong expertise in French, Italian, and contemporary pastry techniques.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- High standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Qualifications
- Advanced pastry and dessert techniques (plated desserts, chocolate work, sugar artistry, breads, viennoiserie).
- Menu design, seasonal concept development, and food cost management.
- Team leadership, training, and performance management.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to plan, forecast, and manage inventory and production efficiently.
- Awareness of global pastry trends and luxury culinary experiences.
