Job Description
As E-Commerce Manager, you will manage and execute the Rixos corporate e-commerce strategy at property level, ensuring optimal online visibility, strong OTA performance and continuous website optimisation to maximise revenue and profitability.
You will work closely with Revenue, Corporate Marketing and Digital teams to ensure our online presence converts interest into bookings.
E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth
Manage and oversee the Rixos corporate e-commerce strategy at property level
Drive activation and optimisation of Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels to maximise online revenue and profitability
Provide local market insights and strategic recommendations to hotel leadership and corporate e-commerce teams
Manage day-to-day e-commerce priorities and ensure alignment with revenue strategy
OTA & Content Management
Proactively manage and update hotel content across all OTAs
Handle content requests from agencies and ensure brand consistency
Optimise property listings to improve visibility, engagement and conversion
Website Optimisation & Customer Journey
Continuously review and enhance the functionality and user experience of the hotel website
Identify opportunities to improve the online booking journey
Recommend and implement enhancements that drive higher conversion rates
Digital Marketing Collaboration
Partner with Digital Marketing to execute online campaigns, including:
Search engine marketing (SEM)
Email marketing campaigns
Mobile marketing
Social media campaigns
Use performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Trends and other analytics platforms to ensure campaigns are launched through the right channels at the right time
Collaborate with approved external agencies to develop impactful online and offline advertising initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track campaign performance and digital metrics to optimise ROI
Analyse display results and continuously refine strategies
Monitor and report regularly on TripAdvisor Popularity Rankings
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and stay ahead of digital and e-commerce trends
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Strong commercial mindset with a revenue-driven approach
Proven experience in hospitality e-commerce or digital marketing
Deep understanding of OTA management and optimisation
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and digital performance tools
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive, strategic thinker who identifies opportunities before competitors do
