Job Description
The Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The role involves planning and leading age-appropriate activities, entertaining children through games and creative programs, and ensuring their well-being at all times.
Plan, organize, and lead daily activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, music, and mini-shows
Entertain and supervise children in the Kids Club and outdoor areas
Ensure the safety, security, and happiness of all children at all times
Encourage participation and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere
Prepare and set up activity areas and materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club
Communicate effectively with parents about children’s activities and behavior
Follow hotel/resort policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines
Assist with special events, theme days, and mini-discos
Work closely with the animation/entertainment team
Qualifications
Experience working with children (kids club, childcare, education, or animation)
Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage children of different ages (typically 4–12 years)
Responsible, patient, and caring attitude
Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (preferred)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
