Job Description

We’re looking for a Door Attendant who understands that luxury starts at the door — someone polished, attentive, and naturally welcoming with an eye for detail and a heart for service.

What you’ll be doing
As a Door Attendant, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests setting the tone for their entire stay.
Your responsibilities will include:
Warmly greeting all guests on arrival and departure and guiding them to the appropriate areas
Opening the main hotel doors and maintaining a welcoming, professional presence at all times
Handling guest luggage safely and efficiently during arrival, stay, departure, and storage
Ensuring all luggage is properly tagged and secured
Assisting guests with directions, requests, and general inquiries
Resolving guest concerns promptly and coordinating with relevant departments for follow-up
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised Concierge and entrance area
Staying informed on hotel occupancy, VIPs, groups, and daily events
Maintaining clear communication with colleagues during shift handovers
Updating and reviewing the logbook to ensure smooth operations
Supporting daily front office operations and reporting updates to the Assistant Front Office Manager / Front Office Manager
Ensuring compliance with hotel safety, fire, and first aid procedures
Demonstrating excellent product knowledge of the location, hotel facilities and services
Qualifications
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Vietnamese an advantage in this role
A professional, well-groomed appearance and positive attitude (always)
A calm, courteous, and solution-focused approach to guest interactions
Team spirit and respect for colleagues across all departments
Physical ability to assist with luggage and stand for extended periods
