Job Description

 Demonstrate leadership in the field of hospitality and ensure consistent, high-quality service at all stages of hotel sales;
 Ensure that the products and services offered to guests meet or exceed their expectations;
 Provide loyal and attentive service to clients to develop long-term relationships and achieve business growth;
 Participate in annual business planning, forecasting, meetings with stakeholders, system trainings, report analysis, and profit and loss management;
 Hold meetings with clients to identify their needs and provide recommendations on products and services aligned with their goals;
 Discuss strategies and prepare action plans aimed at increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction;
 Monitor competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement in existing operations;
 Develop and implement sales strategies focused on new products, services, and markets;
 Organize promotional events to increase sales potential and generate interest in products;
 Provide and implement suggestions to improve existing systems and internal procedures;
 Actively participate in budget analysis, preparation of annual budget plans, and expense planning;
 Lead the preparation, updating, and communication of departmental guidelines and procedure documents to staff;
 Update quarterly action plans and financial objectives to achieve established sales targets;
 Ensure timely and accurate sharing of information regarding events and group reservations with relevant departments;
 Define and implement effective strategies to achieve annual sales goals;
 Build and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with local and governmental suppliers to optimize revenues.

Qualifications

  •  Higher education (a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management is preferred);
     Relevant experience in a similar position;
     Proficiency in Opera PMS Software, Opera Sales & Catering / Opera Sales Force Automation, Property Manager, and Microsoft Windows programs;
     Ability to stay calm, composed, and attentive to guests’ needs at all times;
     Adherence to professional telephone etiquette standards;
     Fluent in Spanish and English, 
     Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
     Dynamic personality with a strong willingness to learn;
     Strong sales and presentation skills;
     Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
     Management experience is considered an advantage;
     Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
