Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Head Decorator to lead our decoration team. The Head Decorator will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing decor setups for events, venues, or retail spaces, ensuring high

• Lead and supervise a team of decorators and assistants in setting up event decorations.

• Collaborate with Guest, event planners, or management to understand themes, preferences, and requirements.

• Design creative decor concepts that align with Guest vision and budget.

• Oversee the procurement and organization of decoration materials and supplies.

• Ensure timely and efficient setup and teardown of decorations.

• Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards during installation.

• Manage inventory of decor items and recommend replacements or new purchases.

• Train new team members on decoration techniques and standards.

• Handle unexpected challenges or changes in decor plans with flexibility and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in decoration or event styling, with leadership experience preferred.

• Strong creative vision and excellent aesthetic sense.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Physical ability to lift, climb, and arrange decorations as required.
