Job Description

The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure, address guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Duties:

  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly

  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs

  • Assist in arranging guest itineraries and tours

  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and events

  • Promote hotel services and amenities

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 1 year in customer service or guest relations roles, preferably in hospitality

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Good knowledge of the local area (attractions, restaurants)

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Flexibility to work shifts

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
