Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, managing technical projects, and ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure.

What you will be doing:

• Reporting to the IT Manager, managing the department in a professional, secured and efficient manner with flexible service
• Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and system users
• Ensure that policies and procedures relating to PCI compliance are updated
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize system performance and security
• Analyse and resolve complex IT issues, providing technical support to end-users when necessary
• Ensure smooth management of the IT department and refer those matters that are relevant to the IT Manager.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
• Fluent in English and Dhivehi.
• Strong understanding of OPERA, Micros Symphony, MC and Fusion systems.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Outgoing, creative personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
