Job Description
How does your working day look like …
- Clean and service allocated guest rooms, corridors, staff areas, and storage spaces as per SOP and 25hours brand standards.
- Maintain Brand Suites and assist in showroom setups when required.
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys, cupboards, and supplies are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
- Report missing items, damages, stains, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle guest belongings found in rooms according to 25hours hotel procedures.
- Safeguard and responsibly use issued keys.
- Complete daily checklists accurately and report DND or vacant rooms to the supervisor.
- Greet guests and colleagues courteously; respond to requests efficiently.
- Participate in briefings, trainings, and support onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare guest amenities and assist in creating special “wow” moments.
- Conduct daily inventory of linen and in-room equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

- Demonstrates effective time management and finishes work on time.
- Maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
