Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring that in-room mini bars are well-stocked, meticulously maintained, and accurately billed.
- Restock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption
- Ensure mini bar fridges are clean, organised, and in proper working condition
- Process guest charges accurately and efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar servicing during room turnovers
- Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department
- Assist in tracking mini bar consumption trends to optimise inventory management
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Basic maths and computer skills for inventory management and billing
- Physical ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of mini bar operations and refrigeration equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with food and beverage inventory management practices
- Understanding of local health and safety regulations
- Basic knowledge of guest privacy and security protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is an advantage
