Job Description

We are seeking an organised and efficient People & Culture Co-ordinator to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's culture initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of employee engagement programmes and cultural initiatives
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system
  • Coordinate new employee inductions and assist with the onboarding process
  • Assist in the organisation of training sessions and professional development activities
  • Handle employee queries and provide first-line HR support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and feedback processes
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws and regulations is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
