Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our young guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay.
- Actively participate in and lead engaging activities within the Kids Club programme
- Ensure all activities are performed according to the resort's policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised Kids Club area
- Supervise children during games and fun activities, prioritising their safety at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative activities that cater to diverse cultural backgrounds
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Report any issues, injuries, or accidents to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and themed activities
- Maintain accurate attendance records and activity logs
- Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with a positive, flexible attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international luxury brand
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Demonstrated creativity, patience, and experience in caring for children
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- A relevant qualification in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is desirable
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and well-being
